Hangar Ticinum is a space for the community of Pavia that is flexible with function and how it is needed by the community. It is also important that the structure is a conversation between the old & the new and this dialogue is evident from the minute one walks in. I don't want to destroy the nature or history of the building but do want to weave the modern contact into the fabric of this historical structure.

The primary purpose of the 'Lower Exhibit' project is to have a structure that plans to appeal to all kinds of people. The project, which has a layered structure, is planned for each layer to serve a different purpose. The main areas that stand out in the project can be briefly listed as follows:
